Should all colleges and universities no longer allow foreign students in order to reduce the risk of spreading infection?

I guess it's being considered in the UK and the US.

What would be the result of this?

What other xenophobic responses are likely to take place in order to "protect" society? Travel restrictions?

Ain't going to happen... if they implement that, they will find themselves shutting establishments because there won't be enough demand to keep all that they currently have going. Besides, foreign students weren't the problem in the first place.
