Should all colleges and universities no longer allow foreign students in order to reduce the risk of spreading infection?

Ain't going to happen... if they implement that, they will find themselves shutting establishments because there won't be enough demand to keep all that they currently have going. Besides, foreign students weren't the problem in the first place.

What a stupid idea. Is def not going to help countries that are going through a brain drain and need foreign educated people working there.
