Was anyone slippered by the gym teacher at school?

Our gym teacher was a dab hand with the slipper!

dawntreader where you made to bend over for the slipper as surely that would make shorts a little tight and revealing or where you in a standing position for the slipper

@smiler2012. I think we were just expected to bend over about 45 degrees, so that he could wallop our bums with reasonable ease. I cannot recall my shorts tightening much.

@smiler2012. I recall the teacher placing his hand on our back and gently bending us to the angle he required. He kept his hand in place while he gave the slipper with his other hand, probably to prevent any untoward movement.
