Not all white peoole are bad but Latinos have been mistreated the worse by white than black ppl have

That depends on the time period your are talking about, black people have been packed in slave ships, Latinos before they were even Latinos were wiped out by white people disease and weapons because they wanted their gold. Not all people are bad but some are, including some of the ones who think of themselves as victims.
