Do you go to a Christian school?

If so, what is it like? do you enjoy it?
adelesmith · 26-30, F
It was strict and my parents were as well, strict uniform policy
@adelesmith did you enjoy it Adele?
Catholic schools for 8 years . Great education but very strict.

@FreeSpirit1 was it better because it was strict ?
@felicity No. it was what it was. I had nothing to compare it to, I was a kid.

@FreeSpirit1 I attended Catholic schools from Kindergarten through the 8th Grade.
when I did go to one, the class sizes were much smaller. I learned so much more. People cared about if i was understanding the material. i was so far ahead of my public school mates in the 2nd and 3rd grade that when i went back to public for 4th and 5th, I was bored out of my mind and had straight As with no effort at all.
A beautiful time.

Luckily we have public schools here ad shit like christian schools are rare, and of course expensive. But as opposite there are good and well organized chrstian universities.

@Sharky86 Other than the Catholic schools, the Christian schools around here are private, and usually affiliated with the Christian Reformed Church. Parents pay substantial tuition.

I attended one from 3rd grade until graduation. I did get some good from it on a personal spiritual basis, but for the most part the experience was horrible and extremely limiting.

@kingkyri The nuns here in the 1960's were the greatest collection of sadistic bitches that you ever saw. At least they were only into physical abuse, unlike the priests of the same era.

I did for first 8 yrs. I agree with you Twidler of Thumbs..better teachers and learning because class sizes were smaller.

I went to one, It was fine, but I was more concerned about it being a single-sex school.

I did, and no, I had to leave for questioning too much.
