I'd say a push dagger

@Jackaloftheazuresand It is a push dagger but that term encompasses any knife with a blade that's parallel to the grip. To be more specific it's a knuckle knife.

@BlueMetalChick I don't think it's actually designed as a knuckle. I think it is just a skeleton handle. It's too open and thin around the edges to hold.it like a set of knuckles. You could, but it doesn't look designed for it.

@MethDozer I just looked it up and apparently "knuckle knife" means something different in America and Canada than it does in my home country. In the US, these things are called T-handle knives.

@MethDozer It gets consistent results on Google Images so I went with it. If you type in "T-handle knife" you'll get all pictures of these things.
