John Kelly went in Trump's place, reportedly... Which begs the question, if John Kelly managed to show up, why couldn't Trump show up...? Was the weather terrible for Trump, but OK for Kelly...? Also, knowing that the weather in France at this time of the year is likely to be terrible, how come they chose a method of transport that was not able to manage bad weather....? How come there wasn't a Plan B for transportation? And in this time and age of "all-weather" flying, how is that a helicopter, likely a top-of-the line military helicopter with the most advanced navigation systems on earth, not being able to manage flying into some rain/fog...?

Maybe these questions have logical, reasonable answers, but I don't know them...
