Any tips to help reduce stress and worry the day before/day of an exam!

listen to some delta-wave/meditation music videos on youtube, while stretching deep and slow, and breathing deep and slow.

then put some shorts on, and go outside and let the sun hit your skin for a good 10 to 15 minutes. possibly take a long walk.
Be confident in what you know, if you arent, then study until you are. Then go do something to get your mind off of it, something fun.

If it's going to be in spoken form I would recommend trying to say what you know and record it. It helped me a lot the last time.
