Degree or no degree, it is the question?

Degree. Tis nobler for the mind and will help you suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune lol xxx

Too many variables to answer that question. What do you want as a career? How financially prepared are you, do you want to be in debt. Sometimes a vocational program is better for a person. Ever see how well an electrician or plumber can do? Lot's of things to consider.

I have a couple of advanced degrees....they have been useful for me.
However, I also know people who have no advanced degrees, and have been just fine without them.
It all depends on what you want to do.

a degree still looks better or a BA Bachelor of Arts in a Specialized field like forensics for cop crime scenes and you get to play the Who super loud like CSI Miami

They aren't needed to learn something but they help if you need a good job or something.

Yes degree, yes experience, yes building interpersonal skills...Do everything you can and don't turn down any opportunities
