How can you not breakdown 😩

I'm sorry you had to suffer that kind of treatment. I can't really explain why people behave the way they do, but i strongly suspect its out of ignorance cause by a lack of spiritual principles not religon the two are not the same.. I try to live by spiritual principles but i dont accept man made religions. Sadly that also stems from how a person is raised at home... in truth the world in general dumbfoundes me at times with it heartlessness and cruelty. That's all you ever hear about anyway and that has created a morbid world where everyone's is in self defense mode untrusting or trusting people for the wrong reasons. But then the world is full of love and compassion too we just dont hear about it as much because it doesnt sell papers, generate views, or drive up tv ratings... and then there is this to a serious lack of faith in just God, Jesus, and the holy spirit not religon after all Jesus called out the scribes and the Pharisees on their replacing God's words with their own man made traditions... just something to think about.. God's loving grace be with you always.

I'm saddened that you've had to endure these horrible treatments and toxic verbal assaults; i must confess to not understanding it either. Your self-worth is God given no matter what others may say. All we can do is avoid toxic people as much as possible but please don't let them rent space in your head. Best wishes!

I'm sorry that you suffered and were hurt deeply by this. It is unfair. But always remember that you are better .Do not hold unto the pain...Someday you will be able to ignore it.

I have ways to deal with it, I had an upbringing with a bullying sister and a home life situation that was not good.

I sympathize. Bullying, physical or verbal, is one of the worst manifestations of the human condition. Your sensitivity is a virtue; others trying to abuse it to hurt you, are contemptible. Just try to avoid such people. Where its not possible try to ignore them. They are inferior creatures who feel a need to boost their own egos at your expense.

Bully's are just cowards I have been picked on but I always say to myself that I am better than those ignorant bigots who have nothing going for them so they just pick on so called people who they know would not fight back.
