Cu (s) + NH4OH (aq) ---> ?
I don't know what it becomes, so I don't know how to balance it. Any ideas?

@Jackaloftheazuresand I think it like that too.

Now balance it dawg

@Jackaloftheazuresand what do you mean by Dawg though?

just an expression like a friendly term

@Jackaloftheazuresand that's easy enough. That's a 1 to 1 balance equation there. Isn't Cu(OH)2 more stable though? It's just as easy to balance, coming out with Cu(s) + 2NH4OH(aq) --> Cu(OH)2(s) + 2NH4(g)? Then, with heat, it would become CuO + H2O + 2NH4

@Jackaloftheazuresand Brother your friendly term harmed my emotions.
