Probably just a lot of hot air from the high concentration of liberals in that area ... like the mayor who countermanded the Governor and told everyone they didn't need to evacuate Houston . 馃檮

hi TexChik 路
Apparently was the right call because a million people living in cars in heat is no better.
Best wishes
:)

@sogdianrock That was short sighted and uninformed . It was always about the delayed flooding ...now there are millions running from flood waters... and with another 60" expected by Friday seems like the mayor was more concerned with bucking the Governor than saving lIves . And no one was told to sleep in their cars , FEMA camps were set up and available

@TexChik It would have been impossible to evacuate 6.5 million people safely in a day or two. They made the right decision. If they had, people would have died in their vehicles trying to leave as the floodwaters surrounded them.
TexChikF
@snowbelt Riiiight , tell that to those who are sleeping on roof tops and have no food or water ... just as long as the libtard isn't blamed ... right?
snowbelt61-69, M
@TexChik The Governor agreed with the decision, which was the right one. Do the math. Even all lanes on all the freeways couldn't handle the traffic volume. Easy to blame after the fact, but it was the right decision.
TexChikF
@snowbelt yes the libs are already blaming Trump 馃檮

@TexChik Did I blame Trump? I don't think you can blame him for what we're seeing in Houston. This is a wake-up call. We'll see how he handles the aftermath. At this point, I just want people to be rescued and survive and rebuild and move on with their lives.
TexChikF
@snowbelt you aren't the only lib in the box are you?
