Did you see the BBC documentary about HRH The Duke of Edinburgh?

@Keepitsimple There's still a lot more that goes on than what we see, though. Just because Liz doesn't sit there polishing the silver on a Saturday afternoon, it doesn't mean that they have no idea about what they are eating until it's presented to them or what fruits and vegetables are currently in season. Philip was known to go down to the kitchens and "help out" as far as meal preparations went. Yeah, he'd correct trained chefs and the kitchen staff. I saw a documentary yesterday where they thought that they had an intruder in the palace kitchens... it turned out to be Prince Philip.

@HootyTheNightOwl He loved to bbq and cook! Still, I think they cost England a lot of money and aren’t necessary at this point.

@Keepitsimple They bring a lot of revenue into the country and cost us £2 each a year.
