That is a 1938 Ford — heavily customized, of course.

@DunningKruger Oooh. Just saw that after I responded. Never would have guessed an old Ford.

@DunningKruger Lilnonames posted it was a 1936 Dodge Coupe. I think she's right and the photographer Cunningham didn't get the right make.

@SW-User I think you may be right. A '38 Ford's headlights were molded into the fenders.
