sus 😬 even in a scenario where you skip an interview/application you'll always need forms of id for basic onboarding stuff. idk where you're from but back when i was in charge of hiring/onboarding, if someone forgot their id or social or whatever, they got sent home. they couldn't work if they weren't properly set up
