Where do you stand?

Politically I'd say I'm middle/left.

Don't understand or agree with the the far right. Never will.

Yes I had my vaccines for COVID.
COVID was an unknown deadly virus, I wasn't risking it. I have children and the thought of leaving them behind should I get really ill, scares me enormously. I have had it, felt pretty shitty, but had I not had my vaccine I may have been a lot worse.
I lost my best friend to it, yes she had underlying issues but ultimately it was COVID that contributed to her death.

I don't think the vaccines were a money making/brainwashing hoax, I think they have helped save many lives.

Vaccines for respiratory viruses are generally a waste of time. They have no lasting effect, and a healthy person should be able to fight a flu-like illness, which is what covid is.

As for my political views, they are varied and difficult to define. Mostly, I want to see less government oversight, less interference from the state, the elimination of stupid or unfair laws, more respect given to individuals and their families, for all silly and inadequate teachers and professors to be fired from schools, more parental oversight in schools, more jobs, less immigration from low skilled workers, more affordable (but better) housing, and so on.

I'd also end sanctions on Russia.
@SW-User this might just be the best thing i have read all day.
