Good question sir. It used to be that the opinions of the opposition (whatever that was at any given time) were listened to and given respect) were considered and when a decision was made it was supported by the opposition. At some point it stopped working that way. Citizens of the US have become tribal and the opposition is now to be derided and run over as though by a truck. Americans don’t respect Americans. Sometimes I think the only reason there is no civil war is geography. Is it past the point where we can put it all back together?
