Small point of order here. There is actually no such thing as a MAGA Republican. And further to that, the Republican Party no longer exists in principle in the USA.
The Republican Party when it existed in principle, was always a center-right leaning conservative Party, whereas Trump's MAGA Party (which rode into town on the back of the Republican ticket), is an extreme right-wing Party comprised of evangelical Conservatives and unemployed, uneducated White males and White females.
Therefore to your point, it is Trump's MAGA Party who controls the entire government at this point, not the Republican Party or any vestige of it.
