calling a business number and your complaint doesn't fit any of the number prompts. try getting a live human being on the phone.

I called a doctor's office and there was no billing prompt. Imagine that.

@antonioioio yesterday i called a doctor's office and there was NO BILLING prompt...that is unheard of
