calling a business number and your complaint doesn't fit any of the number prompts. try getting a live human being on the phone.

I called a doctor's office and there was no billing prompt. Imagine that.

@Sojournersoul that's because all the major businesses and corporations have outsourced to other businesses and corporations overseas. It's cheaper.

@Heartlander That's the first time I have ever heard that one. I don't believe it's happening in this little part of the world. There's not that many drive throughs here, that I haven't seen the person speaking.

@Sojournersoul what you have to do is figure out the prompts and who will answer them. so you don't choose hours and directions, you choose make an appt. that gets a live person...sigh
