"assigned at birth"

is a pet peeve of mine when i hear that. You were not assigned anything at birth. You just are what you are. Sorry to bring reality crashing back down on you.

the properties of bodies differ

and you're not born "you"
self-identity as a feeling comes much later

in modern society, social identification is primary at birth

e.g., a name has gender
etc.
