What are your pet peeves? 👀

One of my biggest pet peeves is when people tell me stuff I already know 😶
Maybe I'm a "know-it-all" or something 😂 because I'll get sarcastic asf like, "oh hey did you also know that the big yellow one is the sun?"

I don't mean to 😭 I think my brain is kinda like "I'm not stupid 😠" & I get defensive lol.
Oh & I HATE repeating myself. Most of the time I just say nevermind because I'd rather drop it than sound like an idiot saying the same shit over & over.

Hmm... now that I write this, maybe my biggest pet peeve is looking stupid 💀

I can’t stand people that aren’t aware of themselves in public. Like people in grocery stores that stand in the middle of isles with their carts like no one else is in the store.

@iamonfire696 Oh gyod yes.
My room mate and I used to call such people "What holes". Basically it is some incoherent azzhole who stands there like, "What? huh?" unaware of anything.
Oh yes Mrs Fire, K and myself were so annoyed by them that we had a special cuss word. Like -
"Yeah I was trying to get here soon but a bunch of what holes were holding up traffic."
My room mate and I kind of spoke our own profane vocab.

But God DAMNIT if these what holes do not regain their coherency come time to buy stup*d azz lottery tickets.

So read carefully what should have been written -

@iamonfire696 oh geez fr 😂 then they wanna give you a funny look when you gotta speak up & ask them to get out of the way. The grown-up in me lets it go but the young me in my head goes "you really don't think I'll beat your fucking ass do you?" 😅

@Punches Honestly it’s the thing that pisses me off the most. I am always aware of myself and trying not to get in anyone’s way and people are just rude AF. It just makes me want to get rammy with my cart 🙃😬🤣.

@iamonfire696 honestly road rage is a pet peeve for me too 😂 I can't stand being passenger with someone who gets mad while they drive. I be too chill for that. I once ghosted a first date over that

But there is a silver lining....
Let me give you a shopping tip, this really works.

When you are looking for a particular item in the store and have an idea of where it is but not exactly, the person standing in the way is hiding the item.

No really. Next time you cannot find something and some idiot is standing against the aisle, when they finish obstructing the way, THERE will be the item you want.

Try it next time you are shopping and then come back and say, "Leggs, you were right!" :D
