White kid (18-21) who informed me "nobody takes offense it’s not racist now, it’s about ‘intent’". Is that right, Junior ? How about you come over to the Bayview/HP and test that theory ? 😤

@Dlrannie Same. In a previous conversation I explained that even black people who use it casually among themselves (I don’t) generally don’t want to hear a white person saying it because it is still used by white supremacists. I told him if he wasn’t one, he shouldn’t want to use such an ugly, controversial term.
He argued with me ! 😳

@bijouxbroussard Sadly some people will never learn to understand how such terms are offensive. I’m Eurasian (English- Chinese Mix) and find it sad I receive a degree of prejudice from both sides of my heritage ☹️
