Solid 8. Higher if headphone cord will tie quality knots.
Especially if it's a nice cafe/restaurant where ppl are there to relax.

There was a guy on the train the other day, talking loudly into his phone, like he was some kind of business executive. And the I kid you not. His phone rang in his hand. 😅

its rude and disrespectful. put some earbuds in or get prepared to have it flushed. i mean, the voices told me to do it. LOL

About an 8. I don't want to hear your video blaring. I don't do that to others either. I use a Bluetooth earbud. I don't want to be that annoying person.
