Im so mad and angry with my family

Im literally very mad and angry right now for three days I helped clean and rearrange everything in the shed plus picked up all the heavy stuff for three days in a row my whole body hurts from it especially my back and shoulders I just wanted a few days to rest to get feeling better from it but as normal that's not going to happen they let me do nothing today but tomorrow they want to go to my grandma's house to help her with some stuff so I have to go help to
