Is there a really easy way to stop obsessing over the past?

@Subsumedpat any suggestions for someone who is stuck at home...

@WhisperinAngelic101 Ouch that is a hard one, usually finding something new involves finding someone new. I guess if you are stuck at home you can still talk about things to people and maybe it will take your mind off of things.

@WhisperinAngelic101 Yes it often provides a different world you can plunge into and separate yourself from what is going on otherwise.

@Subsumedpat I stumbled onto the experience project researching brain injury and medications. One thing led to another and I signed up for this place when experience project went dark.
