I Am Annoyed
I’ve been trying to sleep for the past two hours but I can’t freaking sleep 😤 I’m really debating on foraging around the house to find some ZzZ-quil or NyQuil so I can fall asleep already 😒 just my luck.

@SW-User I have a pretty active mind at night but usually it isn’t this bad. I’m just excited about a package that’s coming in tomorrow and I’m basically a kid that can’t wait to get my hands on it so it takes me longer to sleep. I’ll find someway to tire myself out. I’ll probably listen to a podcast or something since that also helps me.

Insomnia can be pretty annoying. I think the medicines you mention are herbal based; I find valerian based products quite useful when I get very desperate but I rarely take them as I think the effect can reduce if you take them too often. I hope they help you.
