Logging out = hiding stuff?

I don’t care to sit there and read every detail of my boyfriends messages. However, he thinks that because I don’t want him to log out of his accounts on his phone that he is accusing me of reading all his messages, when that’s not the case. I don’t think he should log out because if he trusted that I wasn’t reading it and he had nothing to hide he shouldn’t need to log out. People who log out do so so people don’t see what’s on there right? Opinions please.

If I had a girlfriend, she'd have the passwords for all my socials.

I log out of my accounts so that I'm offline.
I don't want to stay online if I'm not actively online.

@rrraksamam I’m not sure if your familiar with apple products but what about iMessage. If you had 2 devices would you get the messages sent to both or just one? Would you log out of iMessage after every time your done talking

@Fifidog If the account is one, then both devices would receive the messages. The number of devices doesn't matter.

I don't use Apple products. I'm not sure how iMessage works.

You should always logout. Makes it harder for hackers.
You really need to work on the trust issues though.
I do not let anyone look at my accounts, I have nothing to hide, but it's bad security.
Always use MFA if you can.

@CommandLine what is mfa? Also how can I work on my trust issues. I always have these bad thoughts in my mind and I think about the past and get flashbacks

Seems like you are both having trust issues
Fifidog · 26-30, F
@MyNameIsHurl possibly how can we work on that

@Fifidog I'm not sure, it usually comes with time
