Sometimes, especially if I'm dissociating. It feels like looking at a stranger and it's weird. 😐

@mindstruggle Far more often than I'd like. It happens really badly whenever I'm in the sun too much.

I'm finally starting to come out of it but I haven't felt like I'm here for the past week or so.
