It gets on my nerves when people says "just let it go..." when you're sorting something out and confronting a person...

It is rather about choosing your fights wisely, without inflicting extra suffering upon yourself for things that someone else did.

You do not let go of the negative feelings for their sake but for your inner peace.

By all means, if you must fight for something, stand for it with all your might, without allowing it to derail your energy.

Stay strong and emanate the light you want to see in the world.
And if you must forge your path to it, fight the battle of every step as many times as necessary.

I don't know, I'd say you're looking at it wrong. Does someone need to be confronted... if yes then way do you need to confront them? Have a conversation instead. Some one is not wanting to be confronted, lol.
