What’s something harmless but annoying to you?

I’ll go first:
So when you find random YouTube comments saying the following:

Whoever is reading this, i pray that whatever

It just kinda annoys me a little bit because this stranger who knows nothing about what the readers of the comments are going thru are still posting it randomly seemingly to get likes & attention. And why does somebody who has no idea what the readers are going thru just say that? Idk kinda strange to me, but for the people who like it, good for them ig. So don’t come at me 🙄

Dogs barking constantly.

@Reject Oh yeah have a neighbor with two yap-dogs, he named one Bear and the other one Tiger. Every time they are let outside they start yapping at the squirrels around here. Their chronic yapping is getting on my parakeet’s nerves, one of them sometimes starts squawking. They just want to sit out in the sun room and enjoy their selves without that noise.

@cherokeepatti That sounds awful. Poor parakeets. 😔 I don’t know why this is, but some dogs exist just to make noise. They eat and sleep so they can get up and make more noise. They thrive on it and their entire purpose is to bark at everything they can. Maybe their ancestry in wolf packs would communicate with that? I don’t know, but you’d hope after so many generations of domestication they would’ve evolved out of that trait.

@Reject this is one of the things that make me wish I lived in a rural area. I would love to live so far out I don’t hear neighbor noises. Go outside to the back yard on a nice day and sit in a chair and just enjoy what is going on naturally.

@cherokeepatti I know moving is never easy, but that’s a lovely dream anyways. That’s how I grew up and now I always prefer more private places.

@cherokeepatti I do live in rural area, there are still people with annoying dogs that bark all day; usually people with little 1/4 acre plots or tourists that don't need a dog to begin with. they don't interact with them, they just stay caged/chained up all day so they can annoy everyone who wants some peace and quiet...

then you have the ones that think it's okay to let their dogs run free, destroy other people's property and shit all over their yards... in which case, I'll just assume they're strays and shoot them.

@Reject it’s okay. I don’t know how people could just leave their dog to bark like that. She does it when she’s home. It’s so annoying 😭.

@iamonfire696 I’m not sure. I grew up with yappy dogs that always annoyed me, but they were my mothers and she didn’t seem to mind. Personally if I owned a dog I’d train it to be quiet.

@Reject yes it’s completely different. I thought I was a dog person but I think I am really a cat person.
