Roommate came home drunk and now he's procrastinating about walking the dogs

He gets off work at 2:30. He picked up his kid, took her to practice, then probably had a few beers while he circled the block a few times while talking on the phone to either his work "boyfriend" or his little blonde friend he crushes on. 🙄

That's fine, Idc. It's your life. But these dogs are BOTH our responsibility, and I can't walk them by myself, I've tried multiple times and Biscuit twists out of the harness and runs away unless roommate is walking him. 😡 It would be nice if he could at least be dependable for that much.
