This last rehab I came back from kinda sucked.

All the meals were prepared by the hospital.. and there was no locked doors .. even the bathrooms!.. you weren’t allowed your phone .. and you could only make 3 five minute phone calls during the week..

Make sure that you don't have to go to these places again and again.
Go to [b]MEETINGs[/b] - [b]NA, AA [/b] whatever is suitable for you whichever is closer.
Just don't try to do it all by yourself.
