My coworker got a little space heater for her desk even though we are in Arizona and it never gets THAT cold

And because we are all forced to work in the same room, her space heater is roasting the rest of us. We can't ask her to turn it off. We can't force her to just start wearing warmer clothes (all she ever wears are tee shirts, leggings, and Vans without socks). We all just have to sit there and be miserable because SHE is always freezing. I really wish she would just find a different job. 😒

@Zonuss trust me...that would not be a good idea. Our office etiquette is kind of "mind your own business".

@DearAmbellina2113 You can sue for discrimination and unfair practices. They cannot make other employees feel uncomfortable.
