Parking in reverse

Takes too much time. I’m impatient.

But imagine how quickly you can get out. :))

@lumberjackslam If it came to that. Yes.

@SW-User I mean I consider myself pretty nice but that's what I'd do.

@lumberjackslam When it's your life and their life, of course. :) Most of us would do that, even those of us who deny it.

Which is the cause of 17000 people, mostly children, being seriously injured or killed in the US every year. People can’t be bothered to reverse park.

@meJess ffuck

It only takes extra time if the space is really tight between rows. Otherwise, it's a quick maneuver. Where space allows I back in.

@Ontheroad Me too!
No matter how one sees it, reversing HAS to be done sometime so I rather reverse in and drive straight out.

I expected to see a picture of an upside down car😂🤣

Here's a thought...
Just for today I will exercise my soul in three ways. I will do something nice for someone and not be found out. I will do at least two things I don't want to do - just for exercise. I will not show anyone that my feelings are hurt; they may be hurt, but today I will not show it.
I learned to park my Suburban anywhere when I had to take papers to the court for the lawyers I worked for. Now they have back up cameras.

I usually have no choice. with a 1 ton van I avoid backing out in traffic as much as possible
