It is not just on the app or cell phones. I mostly use a Windows laptop and there is that banner.

@SW-User I don't know why they want to keep clogging up the Forum with BS. Some web pages are clean and minimal and those are the most Pleasant to use. Others are just completely clogged up and this one is getting that way.
