It annoys me too but it's also something I would do just to piss somebody else off but it's also possible the person who did this truly aligned everything directly north and south and it was probably built before the interstate system or highway went through once the highway went through everybody went based on the curvature of the highway whereas the person who built that one probably truly aligned at North and South grid pattern
