Early indications are of a severe flu risks this holiday season

Doctors are warning that aggressive variants of flu and norovirus could spread this holiday season, with over 4.6 million in the United States having experienced the flu and 49,000 people hospitalized.

After the holiday travel season, expect an uptick in cases. It certainly doesn’t help the RFK, Jr and the incompetents he appointed to the CDC, NIH, and FDA are throwing false shade on the influenza vaccines.

Legitimate physicians are strongly recommending vaccination as well as social distancing, wearing an effective mask (such as a KN95) when out in public, and frequent hand washing or hand disinfectant with at least 65 % alcohol.

Be especially cautious around the elderly and informed for their safety.

Those are some rather steep early numbers. I'm taking Olive Leaf Extract and vit D every day and keeping a distance as much as possible. I can't recommend OLE to anyone taking medication to lower blood pressure, thin their blood or control blood sugar, though.
@faery Well another thing I should have mentioned: anyone who gets upper respiratory symptoms should contact their doctor immediately about possibly taking Tamiflu. It can lessen the symptoms and shorten the duration as well as reduce the likelihood of transmission to others.

@KunsanVeteran That's good advice
This year’s flu vaccine is not a great match, but it does offer some protection as well as mitigating the symptoms and perhaps shortening the infection.
