Nope, nope, nope…not gonna take it. I don’t even take flu vaccinations, they mess with my immune system leaving me sick all winter long.

@cherokeepatti Awwww, better not to risk it Patti.

@Nimbus They won’t even warn people about that happening. I get Para-Flu each time and it comes back all winter when you think you are over it. I developed rheumatoid arthritis during that time too and I was in my mid-30’s. A couple years later I had a doctor’s appointment for something else and it was late fall. The doctor asked me if I had taken the flu vaccine yet. I told him NO and would never take it again because I got para-flu every time I took it and would be sick all winter long. He shook his head and said “I can’t take it either”. Yet these vaccine experts are denying that it causes such side effects and nobody gets warned about it. They’ll just say if you are allergic to eggs not to take it.

@cherokeepatti Yep, I agree, it is not a perfect system and more research is needed.

@Nimbus I’ve read about that Swine Flu epidemic that happened over a century ago that there was no swine flu till they started vaccinating and then it spread like wildfire. Back then people thought they should heat their homes a lot to stay healthy but the opposite is true. Too warm and the germs thrive. And my uncle, who was a child then, said that they didn’t have fresh fruit and veggies, which likely had an impact on their immune system. He said back then they’d do good to get an orange in their Christmas stocking. Their meals were made from pantry foods, dry foods with home-canned foods mostly.

@cherokeepatti Oh, I haven't heard of that one.

@Nimbus The first case of Swine flu was in Ft. Riley, Kansas. Apparently the military was receiving the vaccines. I have also read that Polio didn’t become an epidemic till they started up with the vaccines. By the time I was a child the WHO was recommending that parents give their children cod liver oil to strengthen the immune system and get their vitamin levels up. Vitamin A and Vitamin D are really important for the immune system. And not swimming in warm waters during the summer if there are any cases of polio…the germs can survive in warm water.
Nimbus · M
@cherokeepatti So where did it originate from?
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@Nimbus Probably in a lab.

@cherokeepatti Oh my, nasty! :(

@Nimbus They try to tell us that the flu virus replicates in the stomachs of swine and ducks in China and new strains make their way around the world each year. I don’t know if that is completely true of all those viruses. Too much going on in “research labs” these days. Money is a powerful motivator for the pharmaceutical companies.

@cherokeepatti

And HIV was too, the pharmaceutical world is not there to make us better.

@SW-User I knew a lady who worked in a large medical research lab overseas, she came here around 1990 because her husband was getting his degree at the university. She told me that they believed that HIV was created in a lab and spread by those who were behind its creation. It first got spread during the Angola war to POW’s who agreed to take a vaccine if they got released early from the POW camp before the war was over. Most of those men would go on to become truck drivers and at stops in various cities would go to prostitutes and spread the HIV to them and then it spread like wildfire to other men and eventually the men’s wives and babies etc.
