I don't think I've seen anyone deny that deaths were caused by the covid vaccines. What I've seen a lot more of is people trying to relate every kind of death to covid vaccines which is just crazy. If anything it makes those people guilty of the same alleged offence as those who attributed every kind of death to covid and I thought that was at odds with the anti-lockdown, anti-vax ethos 🤔

@BadAssTunaBotHoe and harms?!!
@Stefanv Yes, some people will have been harmed. That is true of pretty much every medicinal intervention known to man. It's true of aspirin, for example. Hell, some people die from eating peanuts.

I just got my latest COVID vaccination this afternoon. I'll be sure to let you know if it kills me. This will make the seventh one I've gotten.

I already have cancer and a pacemaker.
it will do for sure as it will compromise your immune system so you will catch something very soon for sure. Let me know in 5 years time if you are so happy!

Technically, I may be "ill" but I'm not sick. My hemogloblin has been declining, indicating that I am becoming anemic or leaking blood in my gut. I hope to know within another week. My iron pills haven't been helpful so far. I'm not looking forward to getting blood transfusions. I think I still have a way to go before I start dying. Of ourse, if the anemia gets worse I could have a stroke. That would suck big time.

Hoping for another pandemic just to change the subject

You guys always ignore how many it saved. Surgeons make errors that inadvertently kill a patient during an operation. But they likely saved the lives of a thousand others.

@Stefanv Based on reported COVID‐19 deaths, vaccinations prevented an estimated 14.4 million deaths (95% credible interval [Crl] 13.7–15.9) from COVID‐19 in a year. However, if excess deaths were used, this estimate rose to 19.8 million (95% Crl 19.1–20.4) deaths prevented (Fig. 1), equating to a global reduction of 63% in total deaths (19.8 million of 31.4 million).
