I Have a Tumor

I went to the doctor today because I've been having trouble hearing and they found a mass pressed up against my eardrum. They are testing to see if it's cancerous, but the surgery I will have will leave my deaf in my left ear... I'll be al-right. (Get it???? Alright?? Haha because I'll have one working ear, which is my right ear??? Lmao horrible jokes馃槀)
Wish me luck!

I feel so horrible to hear this. I do not know how they do surgery but it is their job. I hope you will get better soon.

@wildflower12 i think they have to remove my ear, then put i back on. it's pretty gnarly

I am sorry. You make me want to laugh. I think people can do the surgery without removing your ear by using endoscopy methods

i think it鈥檚 funny that you know more about the surgery than i do haha, i鈥檓 not sure at all what the procedure will be. i was reading articles about something like this and it said the they took the dude鈥檚 ear off his head!! and i was like wow. i hope they put mine back on straight. like i already won鈥檛 be able to hear out of that one, i don鈥檛 wanna look crooked too!! haha

Doctors are supposed to discuss with you about the surgery when they told you about the tumor. I think endoscopy methods is necessary for your case because there are many nerves around our head. Our ears' skin is also sensitive for any actions from outsides.

@wildflower12 they did explain it but i was kind of zoned out
