After starting therapy does anyone still wake with a headache? I'm not having as many episodes my AHI is below 5 so not sure if the headache are related still or something else I need to have checked out.

@TexChik no I'm on a Airfit F30 full face mask. Breath through nose and mouth.

@CarleighJ yes but are you grinding your teeth at night? Bruxism is a major cause of headaches

@TexChik not that I'm aware of but can try a guard and see if that helps. I'm usually breathing through my mouth though since my jaw doesn't fully close.
