I Have Situational Mutism

I'm 21 & I have Situational Mutism, or it's I'm more like I'm on the Progressive Mutism side of the line. I've stopped talking out of nowhere one day at the start of my fourth year in elementary & I haven't spoken as much since. Back then, it was sort of a guessing game as to my sudden silence, but now that I know it'll take some time to get over....not that I'm in any kind of hurry...I'm used to people talking over me or not giving me the chance to speak in general. The only thing I can say about discovering that I have Situational Mutism is it's very lonely & difficult to stand up for yourself when being confronted or bullied.
