I am 230lbs according to my doctor so I need to lay off the junk food, soda, bread and other fattening foods. I am working out and trying to keep myself motivated. I am 68 inches which is 5'9"
Good for you! Just keep that goal in front of you. Work in it and you'll get there eventually. Just don't forget that you should still enjoy life on the way there. If that means eating that delicious something one in a while... what the hell. =D
