Will the Fat Acceptance movement refuse Ozempic?

I know several 'fat people' who have had surgery to sort out their problems, I think most don't want to be that way but don't have the discipline to sort themselves out. Fat acceptance (imo) is an extension to this for most.

(Same holds true for homosexual men ).
