Stop promoting healthy at any weight, its a lie. Stop promoting fat acceptance. Stop with fatphobic bs. There is no such thing as fatphobia, they are not a marginalized group. If they wanna stay that way fine, but they should be encouraged to exercise and not dine out at mcdonalds for every meal.

@JestAJester Very true. No such thing as healthy at every size.

@JestAJester Part of the problem may be the fluoride and chlorine in the water supply. Both are known to mess with thyroid function. I thought the water from the refrigerator dispenser was filtered good enough but apparently not. Drank bottled one one entire day when we had an ice storm and a 15-hours power outage. The water dispenser didn’t work with no electricity. That night when I went to sleep I could feel my thyroid detoxing, felt a vibration in it. And when it detoxes for a couple weeks that way my metabolism goes up & I lose weight. I bought bottled water till I got a Berkey filter and bought the additional fluoride filters which also remove chlorine & heavy metals. You mentioned McDonalds and I haven’t eaten there in many years. I haven’t eaten fast food in years and even then it was rare like maybe every 3 months, for me to get something.

@cherokeepatti oh I have no doubt the food and drinks we consume every day contribute. The biggest contributor is a sedimentary lifestyle. Hope I spelled that right. Your age makes a difference, if you have any underlying health condtions, your genetics, etc. The point is not to get to being a size 0 or super muscular, the point is to get to a healthy weight you're happy with

@JestAJester Also Euphemising obese as "curvy" is ridiculous. You weigh 20 stone, you're not "curvy", you're dangerously overweight.
