I Am Overweight

I am practically marginally overweight. Weight ranges from 180 to 186 lbs (and I'm male) My height is 6'1" and my waist measures 37 inches at the biggest part. (When not sucking it in of course.) I have a medium fr<x>ame. I'm 21 years old. My blood pressure ranges from 120 to 126 systolic and 70 to 76 diastolic. I am moderately or lightly active. I go on walks every other day to daily and the walk duration ranges from half an hour to a few hours. I usually run some of the time, and sprint some of the time I'm running. My blood pressure is not in good range, in that it's right in prehypertension. And on the systolic side of things, which is not a good sign. I'm not too worried weight wise because I think people obsess too much over weight, it's not that important as long as you stay active. Unless you are very overweight I suppose. If anything worries me it's my blood pressure. My family on my father's side has a history of heart disease as well as high blood pressure. My family on my mother's side has a history of type 2 diabetes (her mother has it anyway). At such a young age this is worrying because it only gets higher (as you age) unless you do things to control it. I don't even eat much at all with cholesterol, not much with it or high amounts. As in, I have low cholesterol intake. I also don't have high sugar/sodium intake as far as I know. Not over the past four months anyway (more talking about sodium than sugar).

I've always been on the heavy side for height to weight and I've never had blood pressure any lower than I do now. (Well, once, but that was when I was a kid.)

Edit (January 29th of 2016): I weigh around and under 170lbs now, usually. In the ideal weight range.

I think I'm doing okay, lost a few pounds and last time my BP was checked it was 108 over 68. Which is kind of odd but I'll take it.
