I haven’t got headache for a long time but now

Busy packing up my stuff until I accidentally spill a perfume.. It was suffocating and had stay the next room with my bebe bunny. I feel better with my head didn’t hurt for a while like just now. I used to take meds like as it does hurt like every week..

@Sepia thanks - I get them occasionally. Usually some paracetamol helps them go. Keep hydrated and get plenty of rest.
