I Have Migraine Headaches

I have woken up this morning with a bloody migraine which is making me sick to my stomach .I am trying my best to keep smiling and not let it drag me down as its my grandsons first birthday , but I am fighting a losing battle .
Thankfully he is asleep at present so gives me a chance to lay down .I really hate being ill and today of all days , just want a break from always feeling ill .
