I just feel lost

Since My mom died I just don't feel like myself anymore I feel like there is a void now, and an empty feeling like a piece of me died as well. I just have regrets I should have called her more, checked up on her which I did I always used to talk to her every Saturday but it just feels more colder now. I just feel lost
